hi,received my beautiful dress.....i love it very much but it is a little too tight..not sure why...took measurements of myself. I am able to zip it but very very tight. If i have to buy a new dress that is okay. The price is so reasonable and i love your dresses. My friends saw it on me and say it looks beautiful and I am really excited to be able to get a new one.

Thanks I got my dress and the jewellery yesterday. The gown looks beautiful but does not fit me as I expected. When I sent you my measurements I did mention to you that my size is a UK18 and that I do not normally wear such low necklines and I normally make a depth of 7 inches. The V for ths dress goes all the way down to my midriff. The straps for the dress are also too big and I will have to shorten them an inch each and cut the length of the dress a bit.
I will have to alter the dress and I hope that the tailor here does not ruin my dress.
Otherwise I like the texture of the material and the design - your tailors are good and I am happy with that.
The jewellery also is lovely and I hope it lasts.
Your delivery commitment was disappointing. I would suggest you always have tailors on standby instead of giving them all leave at the same time. Perhaps, as you say, you are a new brand, maybe this is a learning curve for you.
I will be in Melbourne, Australia shortly from where I may order some more dresses from you and hope your delivery will be in time.

Your service could have been better. I ordered my dress in january and did not receive it until april 4th, on your website it said it usually takes 30 days, but i understand that it is a busy time of year.

Everything on the dress looks good. When i got it the size around is to big and the length is short. But were gonna fix it ourselves. Besides this little inconvience the services were great.
